I went in with a few basic questions about printers, the staff seemed kind of unsure. Like, I got a couple of different answers depending on who I asked, which was a little confusing. They were nice enough, I guess, but it just didn’t end up being all that helpful

The tracking for my order was all over the place. It barely updated, and every time I checked, the delivery date seemed to get pushed back again. I know delays happen, but not knowing where my stuff was for days made me feel really uneasy. I reached out to support hoping they could clear things up, but they didn’t really give me much to go on. the whole thing left me frustrated

The site was fine overall, and I was able to place my order, but the checkout process felt a bit clunky. It loaded slowly in a few spots, and I had to double-check my shipping info twice, which was kind of frustrating. Nothing awful, but it would be nice if it were smoother and more straightforward for customers just trying to get through the basics.

If there’s a delay, just be upfront about it instead of leaving customers wondering.

I’d give it 4 stars because sometimes replies take a little while, and the site can feel kinda Busy in spots. But overall, it’s been a helpful place for figuring out 3D printing stuff without feeling totally lost.

I’ve ordered from MatterHackers a handful of times, and to be fair, the promo codes have actually saved me a decent amount, especially on filament. They’re not always the absolute cheapest option out there, but when a sale lines up, it’s usually worth stocking up on a few rolls.
The only downside is that some discounts don’t apply to everything, which can be a little frustrating if you’re expecting a bigger drop at checkout. That said, the ordering process was smooth, and the savings I did get were legit, so I’d give them 4 stars.

I tried to return an item that was still unopened, but the whole thing has been way more annoying than it should’ve been. Replies were super slow, and I still haven’t gotten my refund yet. i’m not ordering from them again.. just not worth the headache.
